A matchup between the Shelby Whippets and Mansfield Senior Tygers, both off to hot starts this season, saw the Whippets and Tygers battle it out, with Shelby walking away with a 86-73 win.The Tygers took control of the game early, forcing turnovers and getting easy baskets in transition.
However, the Whippets would ride the ship, and behind an outstanding proformance from Alex Bruskotter (35 points, 11 rebounds), Shelby would pull out the win, 86 to 73.
Shelby improves to 8-1 (5-0 MOAC), while the Tyger's record updates to 6-2 (3-0 OCC).
