Comparison between two budget, Bluetooth enabled, compact speakers from Edifier. Edifier R1700BT cost a bit more than R1010BT but in my opinion sound quality of R1700BT is well worth the extra. This comparison was recorded on sound levels higher than usual in my test, usually it is around 65dB and this one was closer to 75dB, and R1010BT already started to show its limitations while R1700BT was perfectly comfortable showing good bass response, clear midrange and nice top end. If You are in the market for compact desktop speakers than Edifier R1700BT should be on Your shortlist. What is your opinion? Is the price difference justified? Let me know in the comments below!
