Teenager Last Seen Walking Home With Suspicious Boyfriend

The family of Jeffrey Lynn Smith believes that her lover was the one who pawned her priceless ring, which they discovered at a nearby pawn shop. The 16-year-old girl from Hot Springs, Arkansas was named Jeffrey Lynn Smith. Bill Clinton's mother and stepfather, Virginia and Jeff Dwire, had employed her mother Clarice as a babysitter and maid. As a nurse anesthesiologist, Virginia assisted in the birth of Jeffrey Lynn, whom Clarice named in the family's honor.

On December 4, 1985, after school let out, Jeffrey Lynn and her boyfriend were spotted strolling near her house, at the intersection of Crescent and Silver Streets. As said by Lisa Smith, her sister,
She was walking home with her boyfriend, Frank Hanna, and a friend, Lisa. My aunt actually saw them walking home and she stopped and asked them if they wanted a ride. They said ‘no, we are fine.’
We since have communicated with Lisa and Lisa’s like ‘I left. Parted ways with them, and was headed home. They just kept walking.’ But that’s the last time anybody’s seen her.”
