Firefighters in Connecticut rescued a 32-year-old man from a burning house—only to learn his stepmother had held him captive for 20 years. He weighed just 68 pounds and set the fire himself as his only way out.

Trapped in an 8x9-foot locked room, Kimberly Sullivan allegedly starved him, denied him medical care, and only let him outside for one minute a day. As a child, teachers raised concerns, but she manipulated the system until he disappeared completely.

Now, Sullivan is facing kidnapping and assault charges, but she claims she’s innocent. Do you believe her, or is justice finally being served?
