Dr S Gachet got into the rave scene in the early 90s and quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the UK rave scene. He started DJing by playing at local parties and clubs, and then started producing tracks. He released his first EP in 1992, and quickly established himself as one of the leading producers in the emerging jungle and drum and bass scene.

His signature sound is characterized by its use of breakbeats, drum and bass rhythms, and samples from a wide variety of sources. Some of his stand out tracks include "Remember the Roller," "The Warning," and "The Vision." He has worked with other artists in the music industry such as DJ Hype, DJ Rap, and DJ SS.
