As the machine of industry expands, cities are changing rapidly and housing is scarce, leaving America's growing homeless population with nowhere to turn. At the heart of the country's changing landscape is the city of Austin, Texas, where the homeless crisis has spilled into neighborhoods that are now unrecognizable form just a few years ago. My interactions with the homeless and the people working with the homeless has opened my eyes to the scope of this problem, and all of them are attempting to answer the same question; what is the solution? Sometimes answers are found where you least expect to look.
