CALDO DE CAMARÓN INGREDIENTS:
► 3 garlic cloves
► 1/2 small white onion
► 4 roma tomatoes
► 4 chiles guajillos
► 2 chiles de arbol
► 2 allspice
► 1 tsp oregano
► 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
► 2 tsp ground shrimp
► 2-3 tsp chicken bouillon
► 1 carrot
► 4 celery sticks
► 3 small potatoes
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
► 3 green onions
