Two years ago the brand manager persuaded me to PULL DOWN this video. For one, his concern was justified because I had included his name in the piece and I didn't mean to make it personal however I also agreed to remove the video in good faith with the understanding that he would ship me a replacement unit for me to test and provide a POSITIVE review... that never happened and its been 2 years so I'm re-posting this video but have edited out any personal info from their team.
