Today we're unboxing a super rare test pressing, a first for my vinyl record collection. Let's see what we got cookin'!

A huge shout out to FIBRE and Coraspect Records for getting this thing to me, FIBRE as an artist is one of the best to do Future Funk true justice. The boy has a knack at creating originality in a genre where many fall flat due to lazy sampling, chopping, etc. Coraspect Records, on the other hand, is a serious force as a dependable Future Funk vinyl presser and I can't wait to see the final product of this bad boy!

I had a chance to talk to Fibre about the album and got some more insight on how 810 came to be. The album was made over a 1 and a half year period with his goal of digging into really obscure music and presenting it to a bigger scene. He finished the last track, 810 on his 18th birthday 2 years ago and It was a massive turning point in his life, he considers it to be the point where he started seriously maturing, taking on a lot of work, going to college and thinking about adulthood.

Fibre is so proud of 810 getting a physical release,and I couldnt be any happier for him. Not only is it a great piece of work, but you can really feel the passion and emotion from the kid, he really put his heart and soul into creating this thing and when I eventually get my hands on a copy of the final pressed record I’m definitely going to share more of his story and more of the meanings, themes, and ideologies that went into this thing. Fibre’s genuine care for his creation definitely deserves the discussion.

Fibre, best of luck with the release and future albums, and also Coraspect Records really becoming a big competitor in the Vapor Vinyl scene, their remember pressing by ev.exi was so powerful and I know they are going make this thing rippppp. Make sure you keep your radar on folks, these guys aint messin around.
