Hunting with eagles is a traditional activity for the Kazakh nomads who roam over Mongolia beside the Altai Mountains. But when a 13-year-old girl catches an eagle in the territory of a neighbouring clan, she breaks an old tribal rule. In a conservative society, she is learning to train the eagle under her father’s guidance.
