1/4-1/3 piece Onion (for blender) (forgot to show)
1 small bunch Cilantro
1 Serrano pepper (optional)
1 tsp Ground Cumin
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
1/2 C water
1 1/2 Tbsp Chicken flavor tomato bouillon
3 Large Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano
Few slices of onion (optionsl)
3 Tbsp cooking oil to cook Sauce from blender
Bring up to a boil then simmer on low for 15-30 minutes (adjust salt)
FOR CORN TOTTILLAS——————————
About 1/4 C. Cooking oil to fry corn tortillas (as needed)
Corn Tortillas as needed (about 8- 10)
Extras for topping————————-
Crumbled Queso fresco as needed
Finely chopped onions as needed
