
Each year, hundreds of users from universities, national labs and industry flock to CNM for both nonproprietary and proprietary research. The center provides expertise, instrumentation and infrastructure for interdisciplinary nanoscience and nanotechnology.
CNM offers more than 100 tools and capabilities. These include X-ray microscopy, cleanroom nanofabrication techniques and computational facilities for materials development and theoretical understanding.
CNM is a DOE Office of Science user facility located at Argonne National Laboratory.
