Yeah. There is a new Trump mobile because obviously they can't go with T-Mobile, which would make more sense, but Trump Mobile has officially been launched. They're selling their own phones. So it's not an iPhone, it's not an Android. It's a Trump phone, for only 500 bucks. So it's a lot cheaper than any of the other options. $47 and 45 cents is the monthly service, reflecting his two numbers as president and this whole thing is the biggest grift I think he has ever pulled. It's ridiculous that we have the president of the United States still owning a company that is launching these products that are only meant to bilk the MAGA base and that base doesn't realize it. They are gonna go out there and snatch up these Trump phones and it's gonna be hilarious to watch how fast this fails because it will, it absolutely, those phones are going to fall apart in your hands because they're so cheaply made and made in China, by the way.
Yeah. Part of the selling point was that it was gonna be made in America, of course, that's already been disproven. There's only one cell phone and we did some research before the show, the Liberty phone, is the only phone made in the US and it's $2,000 for a vastly inferior product than what you could get with iPhone. It's bigger, it's bulkier, it's not as fast. Oddly, they didn't say processors, they didn't say anything like substantive about the phone other than the price. So you see where their head's at. Notably, their competitors are considerably cheaper for the same service that has been announced. And I looked it up because I was curious before the show, he made $3 million off a Save America coffee table that he put his name on. He made 2.5 off the sneakers and fragrances. He made 1.3 off the Trump Bible and 2.8 million off of the Trump water. So despite all this, this is the man who famously bankrupted a casino. This is just another grift by the president, the sitting president of the United States.
And those numbers you throw out there, those are relatively low. You would expect this guy who is supposed to be the world's greatest businessman that ever existed, would be able to pull more money out of his supporters than 3 million here, 2 million there. So I would not consider, I mean, that'd be a lot of money for me, right? But not for somebody like Trump who's allegedly worth somewhere between four and $10 billion. This is pennies. So even in his grifting, he is not succeeding. He is not doing as well as he thought he would and I think the same thing is gonna happen with these cell phones. One thing I always point out in all my videos when I talk about Trump's grifting is the fact that when Jimmy Carter became president of the United States, he owned a peanut farm down in Georgia.
Because of all of the suspicion that he's gonna use it, he is gonna get rich off his peanut farm. So they made him sell it. So he sells his peanut farm because God forbid you make some money off of Carter's peanuts. So he is like, no, I'm not gonna have any conflicts. Peanut farm, I'm sorry, but you're gone. Trump is out here launching new products. He launched that meme coin just days before being sworn in, which has brought in billions of dollars. We have come so far since, what was that, 77, January 77 when Carter was sworn in, to today. Just open grift, get what you can and get the hell out of there. That's what Trump has turned this office into.
