McKenzie here 👋 I wrote this song for my mother, Anita. This lyric video was created by turning her handwriting into a font (thank you Reilly!!). We released a music video to this song a few years ago, but a lot of people have asked for lyrics and have asked about 'the original' not realizing that our version IS the original. We felt this song might be needed a little extra this year. Thinking of all of you who know the sadness expressed in the song.
