Obsessions are unwanted, intrusive thoughts or images that cause distress, while compulsions are repetitive behaviors or mental acts aimed at reducing anxiety related to those obsessions.
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults, characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention, hyperactivity, and/or impulsivity. These symptoms can interfere with daily functioning and cause problems in various areas of life, including school, work, and relationships.
Greta’s problems began in 2014 when she was just 11 years old.

After two months of not eating Greta lost almost 10kg and was beginning to show “signs of starvation”
Her mom said: "We explain to our daughter that we have to start preparing ourselves for a stay at the hospital, where it’s possible to get nutrition and food without eating, with tubes and drips.” Greta said: "Before I started school striking I had no energy, no friends and I didn’t speak to anyone. I just sat alone at home, with an eating disorder.”
Lifestyle Changes: Persuaded her family to adopt veganism and avoid air travel to reduce their carbon footprint.
