What was the first expensive tool you ever bought? Mine was this BOSCH table saw.I bought it 23 years ago and it’s still running strong. Then, as more and more tools started to go cordless, I gradually switched over to Milwaukee.
The thing with cordless tools is once you invest in a bunch of batteries and chargers, it’s really hard to change brands.
We were recently at World of Concrete and stopped by the Bosch booth to try out a bunch of their new tools.
I love the displays they had built; you could drill and jackhammer concrete just like a real-life situation.
This hammer was so light-weight, I could lift it with one hand.
I hope they don’t mind; I took a big chunk out of their letter “S”.
This Brute Jackhammer was an absolute beast. They designed the handle so that they help absorb the vibrations.
Bosch is incorporating a lot of new technology into their tools.
They have a reciprocating saw that can detect a pinch or a kickback and shuts off automatically.
I cut my hand once from a kickback and had to get stitches, so I really like this feature.
