Khloé Kardashian became the primary caretaker for ex Tristan Thompson’s disabled brother, Amari, due to the athlete’s busy career.

“He is severely disabled. Amari has LGS [Lennox-Gastaut syndrome], which is a form of epilepsy, and he is disabled; he can’t walk or talk,” the reality star shared during Wednesday’s episode of her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast.

Kardashian, 41, said Tristan and Amari’s mother, Andrea Thompson, was the “sole caretaker” for the 18-year-old in Canada until she passed away from a heart attack in January 2023.
