INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 280 g wheat flour
▪️ 100 g almond flour (can be replaced with regular flour)
▪️ 80 g sugar
▪️ 12 g baking powder
▪️ 1 g salt
▪️ 150 g softened butter
▪️ 450 g bananas (4 pcs overripe and sweet) / weight for peeled
▪️ juice of half a lemon
▪️ 3 large eggs
▪️ vanilla extract
▪️ 15 g cocoa
▪️ + butter for greasing the pan
BAKE 50-55 minutes at 180℃
