Sky News Political Reporter Cameron Reddin claims there’s “not a lot of optimism at all” that Labor’s housing target is going to be met.
Mr Reddin’s remarks come as Labor is expected to fall short of its target of 1.2 million new homes, according to construction and housing groups.
“They do need a little bit of good news to go their way in these next couple of months, and a lot really will hinge on those interest rate decisions,” Mr Reddin told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
