The students are "not just mums to be" but training to be cookery teachers. Teacher is demonstrating how to make a Swiss Roll - yum! Kinpin cake mixes on a conveyor belt. Various shots of work in the mill. Flour is being packed - "untouched by human hand". Nice shot of packets of Sunblest self-raising flour.

The Justice of the Peace is John Healing head of the family mill - although it is owned by Sunblest he still runs it. Mr Healing puts on a white coat. Sugden's Mill in Brighouse - family photographs are seen on wall. Richard Sugden is Managing Director of all Sunblest mills. His son David Sugden is seen working with him.
