Welcome to the section where we explore Greek myths relating to flowers. Or more specifically, a list of people who metamorphose into flowers like Narcissus, Hyacinth, Adonis, Clytie, and more.

Those people were turned into Daffodil, Larkspur, Anemone, and Heliotrope in that order.

We’ll delve into both famous ancient Greek myths and some short stories that are more obscure. Like answering what flowers were born from the blood of Adonis and the tears that Aphrodite cried upon. Or answering what’s the story behind orchid flowers.

Apart from this, I’ll also talk about the symbolism or floriography of each flower. So you can use it as an idea in your flower arrangement, in your art, or in your storytelling.
