At the 1995 World Championships in the Vault final, Meng Fei was awarded a 0 on her second Vault because she repeated the same Vault that she performed in the compulsory round of the competition.

Silly rule in my opinion. Rules like this are no longer around because compulsories aren't a part of elite gymnastics anymore.
