Joaquin Castro for Congress District 20 Was Plan B Forcing Out Charlie Gonzalez. Big Business and Castro forced Charlie out and threatened tough opponent. Castro and Republican Donors worked with Republicans to create a District for himself. While doing so he had them draw out Charlie out of his own District 20. This is the most disrespectful act towards a sitting Congressman. He drew Congressman's home out of his own District making him a target for Democratic challengers. Charlie Gonzalez was Castro Enemy #1.
