This is an episode of the very short lived anthology series "The 20th Century Fox Hour" which aired for two seasons. This piece has Cameron Mitchell (The High Chaparrel)as a troubled young man attempting suicide and William Gargan as the beat weary cop who tries to save his life. Also featuring Vera Miles and Alan Hale (Gilligan's Island).
