Yet another metallic Seattle based grunge band. But where Soundgarden and Alice in Chains tended to sound a bit like Black Sabbath in their sludgy distortion Gruntruck combines a little bit of psych rock and distortion with pure heavy riffing and ditches any trace of punk rock influences. Something that Soundgarden and 'Chains only slightly dabbled in.
