This starts off with the 7 energetic new tunes from the week, carries on with the energy for a bit before tapering off into progressive breaks, showcasing the new vibes from the week (which made up the majority of the week's haul). The vibes continue as the transition from digital to vinyl is made, but soon the energy picks back up for the incoming High Spirits raid train. The set finishes out with more progressive breaks and a few trance/progressive house tunes on vinyl.
