Arsen Superfly is a DJ and the founder of Groove Me from Almaty, Kazakhstan. He has been shaping local music culture through parties, festivals, and by supporting local and international artists. His sets combine Central Asian grooves with global electronic and diverse sounds, creating rich and immersive musical journeys. Arsen has performed as a guest DJ at events like CoOp at Hootananny Brixton and the Brick Lane Jazz Festival, and is a regular resident at international festivals including The Spirit of Tengri, KolFest, and Jazzystan.

In this episode, Arsen Superfly dives deep into rare pop and ethno-jazz music from Kazakhstan and Central Asia, primarily from the 1980s. Carefully selected from original pressing vinyl records, each track offers a glimpse into a rich and often overlooked cultural soundscape.
