Leg Day but make it short and spicy!! This tabata workout will give you the best short work period high intensity approach to targeting your quads, hamstrings, and glutes and I know you're going to be so proud that you crushed it!

Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you push your lower body strength! Today we are working for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest after 4 rounds of work and we will rest. Try to push up in intensity each round to maximize your effort and your efficiency!
