Information Ethics is one of the six priorities of the Information for All Programme (IFAP). The video explains the definition of information ethics, the relevance to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ethical implications of emerging technology, the Programme’s collaboration with World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology (COMEST) and examples of IFAP’s support in research on topics of information ethics.
