• Eggs – 2 (room temperature)
• Sugar – 1 cup (200g)
• Oil – ½ cup (125ml)
• Baking Powder – 1 tsp
• Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
• All-Purpose Flour – 3 ⅓ cups (525g)
For Garnish:
• Egg Yolk – 1
• Milk – 2 tbsp
• Nigella Seeds & Poppy Seeds
Baking Instructions:
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 to 40 minutes.
