WE DO:
✅ onions, carrots, cut not finely and fry with tomato paste for 1-2 minutes
✅ add spices, minced meat to the passivation and cook for 10-15 minutes until the minced meat is ready
✅ add buckwheat to the minced meat and pour water 1: 2, put 1-2 bay leaves for flavor, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes
✅ mix buckwheat with minced meat and leave to swell a little
* each housewife has her own cooking option: you can add mushrooms to minced meat, you can cook in a slow cooker or oven, replace minced meat with meat, but I do it in a quick way!
* to make buckwheat crumbly - keep the proportions with water 1: 2 and do not digest it, stewing for 10-15 minutes is enough, and let the buckwheat stand to absorb moisture.
