Chicken Karage recipe

1200g 雞腿肉
4 湯匙日本豉油
4 湯匙日本燒酒
2 湯匙Miran
1 湯匙薑蓉
1 湯匙蒜蓉
1 湯匙味霸
3 隻雞蛋
1 茶匙鹽
1 茶匙黑胡椒粉
120g 生粟粉
120g 麵粉
2000ml 粟米油
