A pleasant Easter Monday lunch @hare_tortoise

What with spicy calamari, a glass of Chenin Blanc and a rather large bowl of laksa.
With the exception of the mehish slices of processed chicken the laksa was surprisingly very good.
Oh, the texture of the noodles was outstanding as well!
