
In this video I show you the recipe for my favorite vegetable dish at the moment: Broccoli with some raw ham, melted cheese and even some Truffel which in my opinion is really delicious. But the secret to this recipe is not even the cheese or the truffel, actually a lot of flavor comes from almost like a "secret technique" I developed to give it a really delicious and roasty aroma without burning it, by basically actually directly frying the mustard and roast the nutritional yeast before you add anything moist. After that you combine the flavor with the broccoli by adding some soy sauce and steam it like that for a couple of minutes and in the end, the ham, cheese and truffel adds the final touch to it. If you love broccoli and maybe you are looking fir some delicious keto or lowcarb recipes for it, this is definitely the way to go, but even if you aren't low carb, of course this recipe is delicious anyway! It's even suitable for a nit low carb or keto but low fat diet or a protein sparing modified fast if you simply use less lard and replace the cheese with low fat cheese.
