We recently witnessed the sad end of an era with the passing of Ozzy and Blck Sabbath's final show. What does "Metal" mean to you? It doesn't have to be the musical genre - but it could be! What about using the sounds of metal instruments such as cymbals, flutes, horns etc in interesting and creative ways? Acid corrodes metal so what does that sound like? Oxidisation? Rust? How about the sound of metal grinding on metal... or metal tines struck? Cross-mod your oscillators for those lovely clangourous tones. Get dirty with oscillator sync for some aggressive metal leads.
