Finally some batteries came up on Trade Me that were within a realistic travelling distance for pickup. And they were very well priced. AND no other bugger came onto the auction at the last minute and made that not so! With Baphy not in a state to travel at the moment so me & the boys did the mission to Upper Hutt. Simon, the guy who sold me the batteries was really cool and we spent some time talking to him in his small, but very well equipped, engineering workshop.
