You see, she was raised by a poor man. She recalled one day while it was raining, her father came to pick her up from school. He was carrying the plastic bottles and other recycling scraps he found in the garbage when there. Rain was getting down on him but he didn't care, he was looking for his daughter. Standing at only 4 foot 8, he's extremely short, when she saw him, she pretended not to see him and hid far from the man.
She didn't want her peers to know she was poor and that her father picks through garbage for a living. When her father saw the scene, he was heartbroken. He hang his head low afraid to look at her.
Since that day, he started picking through garbage at night to avoid embarrassing her. He would wait for her to finish her homework before leaving, wanting to make sure she does her homework. He came home at 12 o'clock midnight everyday.
As she grew older, she started sharing clips of her life online. People online started asking if he was her real father because of the height difference. That's when the man decided to tell her the truth he's hid from her all these years. It took nearly 2 decades for him to sit her down because he's afraid of her reaction.
For two hours, he trembled, struggled to get the words out but she could see where he was going. He told her that he found her by the side of the road one day and decided to keep her. After learning the truth, she not only wasn't angry, she became very grateful. She realized how much her father suffered and promised to make his life easier. She left and went to the city, at first working under some people, later started a business and became wildly successful.
