In this video I'll show you how you can make the perfect roastbeef! It might sound ambitious, but actually this recipe is not only super fancy, it's also almost impossible to fail if you just follow the instructions. Roastbeef is super delicious if it is cooked to the right degree, you can eat it either cold or warm and serve it with some remoulade for example (recipe for an oilfree remoulade is coming next week).
