This is a comparison video between Delhi’s famous Tandoori Style momos and Nepal’s authentic Jhol momo. While Delhi’s version of momos is very different from what this dish is actually supposed to be. Nepal’s Jhol momo on the other hand is very close to the original dish which belongs to Tibet and Kathmandu. Surprisingly both these dishes were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way. I had a great time trying out these food items.
