This album was performed on a 6"x12" sheet of 34ga copper with an attached contact microphone. Various jewelers tools were applied to the metal, and the vocals were performed by mashing the sheet metal into my mouth and face.

This album is about learning the hard way. It is about teaching yourself a new skill, even if it hurts.
