
As a customer, I never want to hear the staff say that they haven't tried most things on the menu. That's a giant red flag, and it makes me wonder if they don't eat it because the food sucks. Is that what you want any of your customers to assume? I didn't think so.
Your staff is your first line of defense in your business, and it's time to start treating that with the respect it deserves. Some bosses are out here feeling entitled to treat their staff like sh*t just because they pay them.
I'll tell you what— if that's how you feel, you have no business being in a position of authority. If you need to compensate for something, embrace the stereotype and just buy a sports car.
Leave leadership to the people who understand and welcome that level of responsibility.
