This is genius—these guys are turning an empty loft into a spacious room in less than a day. After removing the old roof and framing, they begin by installing new wooden frames for the room. Then, OSB boards are placed on the joists and outer walls. Since the structure will face the elements, they carefully apply a weather-resistant barrier to every surface.
