On an imaginary map of cold and danceable synth sonorities that have been explored for four decades, Vague Scare would be placed right at the heart of an archipelago in which haunting darkwave, 80s synthpop and cold wave all meet together. The duo released their first album “Classified” (CD) on their own label Scarsquare Recordings in August 2017, and the cassette version was released in early 2018 by SpiderChild Records (Austin, TX. USA.) Vague Scare later teamed up with Swiss record labels GPS Prod and Urgence Disk Records to release their second album “Dissemblance” (May 2019) on Vinyl/CD/Digital. The new album will be out before summer 2022!
