There’s a time and place where, sure, you need to let the thoughts settle. Let them be there. That’s good, that’s actually what I want for you.
What I don’t want is for you to chase certainty - desperately and urgently - through dysfunctional processes that end up like a 16 point turn (lots of effort going nowhere). Things like replaying old conversations, analyzing things to death, etc.
It feels like you’re getting close to an answer - I get it and I’ve been there . But the power move is in dropping the rope, and not fighting it at all, whatsoever, in the first place.
