United States President Joe Biden has authorised Ukraine to use American-supplied weapons to strike deep into Russia. This first such approval to use the Army Tactical Missile System outside Ukraine’s borders comes two months before Donald Trump takes office. It marks a major reversal of US policy and has been long demanded by Kyiv.
