Today's main character is Bronislava Nijinska. The renowned choreographer revolutionized modern dance philosophy and aesthetics and had a great impact on ballet in Ukraine.
Bronislava developed a new form of modern ballet called constructivism. She directed performances without music, added acrobatics to classical ballet, and attracted to her shows avant-garde painters from Kyiv. Watch our video to learn more about the life and accomplishments of the legendary dancer.
