This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel transformation update taken on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Today, I'm taking the video from across the street on Las Vegas Blvd at the Venetian Hotel. I wanted to get some close up footage of this front area with my camera. The first thing that you can see is the Atrium is just about gone. All of the steel side framing is gone. All that is left is the top part of the Atrium that is being held up by a crane and the scaffolding. I was hoping the Atrium was going to stay like it shows in the renderings but as you can see now, it is gone.
You can see they have added a lot of rebar down in the base of the Guitar tower area. They also have two tower crane bases installed to the right of the Guitar tower area.
