Sleep training is not the easy way out. The easier thing? Picking up your baby, bringing them into bed, and letting them sleep on your chest. But in the long run, I believe that can lead to even bigger sleep struggles. What we did was hard. It meant long nights, learning their cues, and helping them develop the skills to fall asleep independently. But in the end, it didn’t just help them sleep—it made me feel MORE connected to my babies, not less.
If you’ve ever felt judged for sleep training, I see you. ❤️ And if you want to hear the full story, plus expert insights from @mybabysleepology, check out this week’s episode of The Real Stuff Podcast—out now!
