This album is a real gem from the late 90s of the last century. The Réal ensemble, which went almost completely unnoticed, produced no other recordings other than this one dedicated to Italian music of the 14th century. The project was directed by Pascal Côté and was made up of Frédéric Cottereau, Christophe Tellart, Laura Zimmermann and Miriam Andersen: all formidable musicians whose talent continued in other musical projects.
