This is Kendall's song 'Wear 'Em Out'
There is screaming, clapping ect because she danced to it in Ireland and it was played at an awards ceremony.
Although the full song has not been released, I tried to piece together the awards version of the song (which cut off the beginning and end) with the one she used inireland (however it was cut to create a shorter version to dance to) so this is probably not the full song however this is what we have to far until it comes out!!
